1. Acceptance of Terms

Vishwakarma Matrimonial ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated by KVAI Solutions. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Data Usage Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to marry under the laws applicable to you. The Service is intended solely for individuals genuinely seeking a marriage partner.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you, including the laws of your state and country.

3. Your Account & Conduct

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must not impersonate any person, misrepresent your identity, marital status, or intentions, post false or misleading information, or use the Service for any commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful purpose. Conduct on the platform is further governed by our Community Guidelines.

4. Membership & Payments

Certain features require a paid membership (Silver, Gold, or Platinum). Prices, benefits, and validity are displayed before purchase and may change from time to time. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner (Razorpay).

A membership grants access to the stated features for the stated duration. Membership does not guarantee matches, responses, or a marriage outcome.

5. No-Refund Policy

All membership purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, full or partial, for any membership fee once a purchase is completed — including for unused duration, dissatisfaction with matches, voluntary account deletion, or account suspension resulting from a violation of these terms.

You will be asked to acknowledge this no-refund policy before completing any purchase. By proceeding with payment you confirm that you understand and accept it.

6. Verification & Badges

We may offer identity, photo, and other verification features. Verification is a trust signal based on the information available to us and does not constitute a guarantee of any member's identity, intentions, or background. Always exercise your own judgement and caution.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or our Community Guidelines, or to protect the safety of other members.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of any member, the accuracy of any profile, or any loss or harm arising from interactions initiated through the Service. You interact with other members at your own risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
