1. Our Promise
Vishwakarma Matrimonial is a family-friendly community for people genuinely seeking marriage. These guidelines keep the platform safe, respectful, and trustworthy. Every member agrees to follow them.
2. Be Genuine
Use your real identity and accurate information. Upload clear, recent photos of yourself only. Do not create fake, duplicate, or misleading profiles, and do not misrepresent your age, marital status, or intentions.
3. Be Respectful
Treat every member with dignity. Harassment, abusive language, threats, hate speech, casteist or communal slurs, and any form of discrimination are strictly prohibited.
If someone declines your interest or stops responding, respect their decision.
4. Keep It Safe & Family-Friendly
No nudity, sexually explicit content, or obscene material. No content involving minors. Do not solicit money, share financial details, or promote any business, product, or other service.
Never share another member's private information without their consent.
5. Protect Yourself
Get to know matches gradually and involve your family where appropriate. Never send money to anyone you meet on the platform. Be cautious of anyone who avoids calls or meetings, or who asks for financial help — report them.
6. Reporting & Blocking
If a profile breaks these guidelines, use Report Profile to alert our team, and Block User to stop all contact. Reports are confidential. Profiles reported by multiple members are automatically flagged for review.
7. Enforcement
Members who violate these guidelines may receive a warning, have their account suspended, or be permanently banned, at our discretion and without refund. Serious violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
